SojuPulse offers a variety of gaming peripherals and tech accessories, including but not limited to Gaming Mice, Keyboards, Audio & Headsets, Game Controllers, Smart Watches, and related Accessories. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SojuPulse, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

5. Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased from SojuPulse, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Non-returnable items: Certain items such as software licenses, opened audio equipment for hygiene reasons, or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective. For defective items, please contact support immediately.
