At SojuPulse, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every Gaming Mice, Keyboard, Audio device, Game Controller, Smart Watch, or Accessory purchased from our store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a refund.
  • Non-eligible Items: Certain products such as software licenses, opened earphone tips, or damaged items due to customer misuse are not eligible for refund unless defective upon arrival.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request: Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns initiated by the customer (for reasons other than defect or error on our part) are non-refundable.

Refund Methods and Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies, but typically occurs within the 5-10 business day period after we process it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the return process to refund your original purchase and place a new order on our website.
