Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as transit times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. SojuPulse is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Some orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may not be available for all locations.
